The place is managed by a « SCIC » which is a cooperative organisation with collective interest.

This type of organisation ensures a democratic management (1 shareholder = 1 vote) and the « non-profit » character of the organisation. 

Les Greniers de Vineuil is the only citizen SCIC in the Loir-et-Cher department that networks craftsmen, artists, local growers and associations in order to mutualise tools and means. 

The SCIC is managed by a Cooperative Council that includes 7 people: The President of the Council (Arnaud Séné) and 6 members.

All the stakeholders have an entrepreneurial spirit and wish to work in a cooperative way to build a society that is innovative, fair and responsible.
